Scintillae Media · Sound as Strategy
Sound is not
background.
It is atmosphere,
memory, identity.
Scintillae Media helps brands, creators, and storytellers find the sound that makes their world recognizable before a word is spoken.
The Practice
Sonic branding,
music supervision,
sound strategy.
Most sound decisions are made by instinct, deadline, or default. The result is music that fills space without doing work, an atmosphere that contradicts identity, or silence where something essential could land.
Scintillae Media approaches sound the way a structural analyst approaches an organization: what is this supposed to do, who is it for, and what does it actually say right now? The result is music that doesn't just fill space it does specific emotional and identity work, precisely chosen.
In plain terms: I help you choose, shape, and deploy music that supports the emotional identity of your brand or project. The discernment is the service.
“Scintillae: sparks. Tiny sonic signals that create memory, mood, identity, and emotional atmosphere.”
The practice is built on fifteen years of high-stakes listening, pattern recognition, and real-time coordination paired with original music released under the SKOEE artist identity. The credential is not claimed, it's audible.
Service One
Sonic
Branding
A sonic brand is not a playlist. It is the architectural decision about what your brand sounds like a set of constraints that travels across every platform, every touchpoint, every piece of content you will ever make.
Most brands have music. Few have a sonic identity. The difference is whether the sound was chosen or just happened. Sonic branding is the work of making it a choice precise, intentional, and recognizable on repetition.
For brands, podcasts, platforms, films, spaces, and digital experiences that need a sound that is specifically theirs.
What It Covers
Identity Interrogation
Before any music decisions. Read the available signals: name, copy, visual world, audience, stated values. Ask three questions that surface the emotional register the brand is actually reaching for, not the one it thinks it is.
Brief Construction
Three identity adjectives. Negative space: what it must not sound like. Tempo range, register, instrumentation signals. Mode-specific guidance. The brief governs all subsequent decisions and is worth more than any single track.
Curated Vocabulary
Five to seven tracks from licensed libraries, independent artists, or AI-assisted sources as appropriate. Written rationale for each — what structural function it serves, which contexts it fits, why it holds. A reference vocabulary, not a playlist.
What You Receive
The Sonic Brief
The governing document. Identity adjectives, negative space, tempo and register parameters, instrumentation guidelines, mode-specific guidance. The brief that makes all future sound decisions easier.
Curated Vocabulary
A set of reference tracks: each with written rationale explaining its structural function. Not a playlist. A vocabulary from which your sonic identity can be built and extended.
Sound Logo Direction
A specification for the sonic signature your brand can own. What it must do, what it must feel like, what it must never sound like. Delivered with candidate options or prompts for AI generation.
Usage Playbook
For ongoing engagements: how the sonic vocabulary adapts across touchpoints, when to use which register, how to evaluate future music choices against the brief. Optional retainer for evolving brands.
Service Two
Music
Supervision
You have a scene, an episode, a trailer, a documentary. The edit is right. The pacing is right. The music is wrong, missing, generic, or almost right in a way you can't articulate.
Music supervision is the work of identifying what a moment actually needs emotionally, structurally, atmospherically, and finding the specific track that does that job precisely. Not a track that fills the space. The track that completes what the work is doing.
All recommendations draw from licensed libraries, independent sources, or AI-assisted generation where appropriate. Designed to avoid complex clearance processes where possible: clean, usable, yours.
Each engagement includes
Emotional architecture review: what each moment needs before any track is selected
Curated selection with written rationale: what each track is doing and why
Rights-clean sources: licensed libraries, independent artists, or AI-assisted options as appropriate
One refinement round: you choose, I adjust

The Artist
SKOEE
Original music & atmospheric production
SKOEE is the artist identity at the origin of Scintillae Media. The album that named this practice contians six tracks moving from fire to the theta brainwave state. The arc revealing itself through the work. The consulting practice is built on the same discernment that made the music.

Three releases on all major streaming platforms. Atmospheric, textured, emotionally layered music that moves through an arc rather than occupying a genre.
Available for sync licensing, atmospheric production work, and bespoke sound world creation for brands, films, and spaces that need something that cannot be found in a library.

Scintillae
Fuego · Cabana Days · Down · Answers · Unburdening · Th-Eh-Ta

The Scintillae album moves through a complete emotional arc: Fuego (fire, heat, origin), through Cabana Days and Down, into Answers and Unburdening, closing at Th-Eh-Ta, the theta brainwave state, the alpha-theta border, the place where the nervous system finds repair.
That sequencing was not designed. It emerged from the making. The arc was there before it could be named.
The same instinct that built the arc: hearing what a moment needs, knowing what comes next, finding the sound that completes rather than decorates is what drives the supervision and branding practice.
Sync & Licensing
SKOEE music is available for sync licensing in films, documentaries, campaigns, branded content, and atmospheric spaces. Emotionally textured, atmospherically specific, rights held directly. No intermediary.
